 WELCOME to Tai Chi Resources.com

Tai Chi Resources.com is designed to be a web destination where people with interest in all styles of the Internal Arts can come to find information on Taiji, Qigong, Xing Yi, BaGua, etc.. Sources such as, videos, books, E-books, interviews, weapons and supplies, links to various sites and blogs. Free downloadable resources as well.

I have found the internal arts community to be most supportive and nurturing. I hope this site can be a vehicle where we can support each other in e-commerce as well. Those with interest in publishing articles and e-books, affiliate programs, promoting products, seminars, tournaments, and all else that nurtures Qi, can help each other.

We hope to bring together the community of Internal Artists in the spirit of creation and cooperation, not greed nor bragging rights. To help one another to gain knowledge, and to feel within themselves new discoveries.

Tai Chi, Qigong and all of the Internal Arts are wonderful practices to improve one's health both physically, spiritually and mentally. It has improved my life immensely and according to the testimony of hundreds of my students over the past many years, it has made many changes for the better in their lives as well. As an exercise, Tai Chi and Qigongs for example, are opposite of other forms of exercise. Internal training cultivates and generates your Qi (energy), so it invigorates. Whereas most other forms of exercise, such as weight lifting, step aerobics, boxing, etc. depletes your Chi. It exhausts your energy where you feel tired afterwards. Tai Chi is non-impact so people at almost any fitness level can enjoy it. At the same time it is very aerobic without over taxing the heart and lungs. The body and organs can relax and open up and loosen so the blood flows easier and oxygenates the body systems better. Tai Chi forms can be learned in a short time, but you can look forward to a lifetime of learning if you choose to study all of the different styles of Internal Arts. And there is also the martial aspect and weapons that you can learn as well. Or you could study all of the internal layers of just one form for your whole life if you choose. Tai Chi Resources.

There are three main purposes for internal training:

Medical - For healing and preventing illness.

Martial - For developing power and abilities.

Spiritual - To attain a greater consciousness of nature, the universe, humanity and ourselves.

As a daily routine I am convinced there is no better exercise one could do for themselves.
